Mango Lassi is perhaps the most popular drink ordered in Indian restaurants by people of all nationalities. It is made with the king of tropical fruits and is rich in taste and flavor.Serve it as a cooler or as a light drink after a spice meal.This drink can me made from either fresh mangoes or pulp available in Indian grocery stores.
- Mango pulp or fresh mango juice--1 cup
- Yogurt--1/2 cup
- Milk--1/2 cup
- Sugar--1 Tablespoon
- Sour cream--1 Tablespoon (optional)
- Cardamon Powder--1/2 Tablespoon
- Almonds--1 Tablespoon (soaked and blanched)
Combine the Mango pulp, Yogurt,Milk ,Cardamon, powder Sour Cream and sugar and blend them in a mixer. Pour in a glass and put blanched almonds at the top. Serve Chilled.
